What Is Our Return Policy?

We have 10 days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

  • We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or simply does not fit with your decor or space. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition.

  • Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • We have a reverse pick up service basis on your area location pin code.

  • Only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from the customer.

  • Only non-discounted products are eligible for return/exchange.

  • A2technosoft does not have a refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop.

Please Note:

Other than a return or exchange due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product?

We do perform a “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at

and we will take care of the rest.

  • Damaged & Missing Parts

  • Through many years of experience, we have learned to package our products to withstand damage during shipping, avoid selling items easily damaged during shipping, and discontinue suppliers whose damage rate is too high. If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

How Do I Return An Item?

  • Call Customer Care (+91-734-001-0077) and inform us about the return or exchange that needs to take place. Identify your Order Number

  • A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners depending upon your pin code and only three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.

  • Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.

  • Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.

  • • A2technosoft have a cancel policy, we refund your all amount if you cancel your item before shipping it out, you will get your refund as per bank policies.

Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled before ships it out. You would see an option to cancel within the 'My Orders' section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site or Call Customer Care (+91-734-001-0077).

Clients have the liberty to cancel their products/services and request a refund from us

Refunds will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within 5-7 Business Days.

What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?

A2technosoft has the authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending the product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
